Based on his latest research, Russ Hudson is doing his first presentation of a new way of working with the Instincts and the Enneagram. The retreat is taking place in Denmark on September 13-17, 2017.

As you probably know, the Enneagram itself can provide many profound insights, but combined with a more precise understanding of the Instincts, it creates a practical way of applying the knowledge in our lives for more immediate results and more continuing growth and development. For decades Russ Hudson has been teaching both the Enneagram and the Instincts but this is the first time he will be presenting a new method for using the instincts to create greater balance in our lives. He plans to “go deep” and plan to offer a more in-depth study in a 5 day retreat in Copenhagen, Denmark.

• The Instincts as the vital drivers or forces behind the 9 types of the Enneagram, and understanding the energy of the Instincts will give you a more practical way of working with your type.

• Introduction and deepening your understanding of the Instincts: they are not just Enneagram, but part of a scientific understanding of human motivations.
• Russ’s latest thinking and findings on the Instincts, also clarifying some of the different possible understandings or approaches to the Instincts.
• Learning how to work with the three zones in each of the three Instincts, and thereby discovering which areas of our lives most need our attention and integration.
• Learning how to balance between the instinctual drivers and the higher aspects of each type, and bringing a great integration of the practical and spiritual sides of the inner work.

Russ Hudson will again guide us through the introductions, learnings and understanding by presentations, experimental exercises, music and movement. You will also have the possibility to become part of an online leaning community, to support your continuous work after the retreat.

Workshop fee covers workshop materials, snacks during breaks, lunch and coffee/tea/water. The fee does not cover accommodation.
