Much of the personal work we are doing with the Enneagram is bringing light to our shadows. Shadows are areas of our personality we neglect because we don’t know how to bring light to what is in the shadows, because we don’t want to see and experience what is hidden in the shadows, or because we don’t know that parts of our personality are hidden from us.
 
How to discover your neglected talents
 
The Enneagram is excellent for illuminating the areas of shadows and the Enneagram also contains several almost beautiful ways to guide us to work with our shadows.
 
In this workshop, Russ Hudson will guide us in a world of unconscious psychological dynamics and give us precise pointers to personal growth and development. With his usual care and wisdom, he will invite us to explore how to bring light on the parts we have neglected for so long.
 
Build new skills from the shadows of the Instincts and types in the Enneagram
 
You will learn more about:
  • What is a shadow in regard to the Enneagram?
  • How and when in our lives are shadows created?
  • What does the Enneagram tell us about shadows?
  • How many kinds of shadows does the Enneagram illuminate for us?
  • How does the Instincts in the Enneagram include or create shadows?
  • How does one work with shadows?
  • Are there shadow work that needs special attention and skills?
  • How can the Enneagram be used in shadow work for lay-people and professional coaches?

  • Workshop will be held in Copenhagen, Denmark at NOR:, Hejrevej 30, 2400 Copenhagen NV (5th floor)
  • All days 9.00am to 4.00pm
  • Signup for Early Bird price is non-refundable
  • Workshop fee covers workshop and lunch all three days. Workshop fee does not cover accommodation.
