When you discover the Enneagram you both discover a pathway for personal growth and development, a tool for transformation and an invitation to pursue a path for presence. Every year since 2001 Russ Hudson has presented his newest findings at the Master Classes in Copenhagen hosted by THINK ABOUT IT. This year Russ will present his “Nine gateways to Presence”.
 
The “Nine gateways to presence” by Russ is a workshop and Master Class with very practical and in-depth approach to the Enneagram and the nine Enneagram types. You will learn about the types of the Enneagram and how each type is a gateway or path to personal growth and development. You will understand new perspectives on the Enneagram as a symbol, structure or process for development that will take each participants awareness and understanding to a whole new level. And you will explore what presence “is” or the “nature of presence” to equip you with both psychological, spiritual and philosophical understand of presence.
 
You will be presented to and learn about: 
  • How each of the Enneagram types are navigating the polarities of the values, principles and motives of the Enneagram passions, virtues, fixations and holy ideas.
  • How we can be identified or attached to our personality or Enneagram type in such a way, that we limit ourselves from taking appropriate action in life, engage in nurturing relationships and bring the best qualities on to the next generation.
  • A deeper understanding of the levels for a deeper understanding of the inner dynamics of each type and the interconnection between the types.
  • Type-tailored meditation that will help you build a practice for presence based on your primary Enneagram type.
  • Practical activities for your further growth and development which can be used as elements of a coaching program for yourself.
  • What different levels of self-development look like for each personality type
  • How to bring the experience and lessons of presence into everyday life
 
If you are using the Enneagram for coaching, teaching and/or consulting you will gain new perspectives on the Enneagram and the Enneagram types, that will strengthen your work with your clients. This workshop will illustrate how dynamic and resourceful the Enneagram is, and how you can integrate the "Nine gateways to presence” in your own coaching, teaching or consulting.
 
Are you working with leadership or HR, you will receive very practical approaches for unlocking the human potential and exploring the blind spots of the nine types. Understanding where you limit yourselves and people around you is an important leadership skill, and you will find this workshop rich on practices for uncovering our personal skills and qualities.
 
Anyone attending this workshop will have a precise understanding on how each of us limit ourselves and neglect certain elements of our human skills and qualities. We will all learn how to build a deeper connection with presence, awareness and our pure and wise heart, mind and body.

You will find more nuances about the Enneagram and therefore become more precise in your approach for yourself and your clients. Attending this workshop will also give you a few more practical angles on the dynamic of the Enneagram, so you can integrate the Enneagram with your personal and professional approach and tailor it more to the way you work personally with the Enneagram and how you might use it in a role as leader, coach or trainer.
